I’m an Assistant Professor at the Center for Prostate Disease Research (CPDR) affiliated with the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS), Dept. of Surgery in Bethesda, Maryland, USA. I am an Adjust Investigator at the Genitourinary Malignancies Branch (GMB), National Cancer Institute (NCI).
My main interest lies on elucidating the drivers of cancer progression and therapeutic resistance, with the goal of advancing personalized medicine and improving clinical outcomes for cancer patients by understanding the complex interplay of the genome, transcriptome, proteome, and epigenome through the development and application of computational genomics.
